Who We Are
NGO "ULPE" is an independent association of specialists in the field of psychology, psychotherapy, and related disciplines. We were established to develop evidence-based psychological practice, protect the interests of specialists, and raise the standards of psychological services in Ukraine.

The primary goal of the Organization is to promote the functioning and development of the healthcare sector, as well as to build modern psychological science and practice in Ukraine through the implementation of evidence-based methods, development of the professional community, and integration of Ukrainian psychology into the global scientific space.

What We Do
Scientific Expertise
Psychological evaluation and peer review of practices for compliance with evidence-based standards. Critical analysis and verification of existing practices for scientific validity. Facilitating the scientific adaptation and validation of psychometric instruments in accordance with international standards.
Training and Development
Organizing educational programs, trainings, conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance the professional level of psychologists, psychotherapists, and healthcare professionals.
Partnership
Collaboration with universities, research centers, and international organizations. Organization and support of fundamental and applied scientific research in cooperation with Ukrainian and international scientific institutions.
Quality Standards
Development of psychological service standards and adaptation of evidence-based practices. Conducting professional psychological assessments across various areas of public life.
Consultations
Providing professional psychological assistance and consulting services in the fields of practical, social, and organizational psychology. Developing comprehensive psychosocial support programs for the population of Ukraine.

Publishing methodological, scientific, and informational literature. Developing educational materials for professionals and the public. Improving the quality of psychological assistance through awareness and outreach activities.
